A Hike Up Haystack: July 23, 2013

We drove up the day before, the weather was beautiful. When we woke up, we checked out the local farmers market before we headed up to the Haystack mountain trail. The hike up was wonderful, a little buggy, but still great. We ate these delicious sugar snap peas on the way up that we had just gotten from the farmers market. We hiked up the trail pretty quickly. It was so peaceful at the top so we ended up spending quite a while up their. What a special day. We got off the trail just in time and went home to make a delicious farm fresh dinner! Livin' the good life for sure!

Ended the evening with late night snacks with mom & Chris.
